Infused

As God draws me closer to him, it seems that there is always so much more for me to learn and absorb. I now relate to how people may have felt when Jesus walked the earth and the crowd clung to his every word.

The Holy Spirit used to intimidate me in a way where I didn’t really understand and embody who he was. But now it’s my source where I look for guidance and direction. My heart aches for anyone who feels condemned and unworthy but that is not from God.

All of us fall short. But when we root ourselves in Jesus we are infused with strength and everything amazing that he has to offer and the Holy Spirit convicts our hearts but he is gentle and not accusing.

My prayer is that I continue to root myself in Christ and lay down my pride and offer up my gratitude. I pray that I embody who God is everyday as if it’s a brand new experience and that his love pours out from my heart.

May we always live and pray the Father’s heart.

Colossians 2:7-9 (TPT)

7 Your spiritual roots go deeply into his life as you are continually infused with strength, encouraged in every way. For you are established in the faith you have absorbed and enriched by your devotion to him!
